Your donation will make Collard Green Soul Rolls available in major retailers like Walmart and Sysco Foods and truck stops across the  region in the following manner:

1. Lab Testing: the raw collard green mixture will be submitted to Beaconpoint Labs for shelf-life  and nutritional analysis.
2. Manufacturing: partner with a copacker to produce frozen Soul Rolls for distribution.
3. Food Trailer: invest in a mobile trailer to bring Soul Rolls directly to neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces
